As a free download, SyncToy is not supported through Microsoft's customer support center.

Available support options include:

• Product help, including the index and search;
• The http://www.microsoft.com/prophoto web site, where any FAQs, updated documentation, and service packs will be available;
• Help for other Microsoft products, excluding SyncToy, is available on http://support.microsoft.com/.
